Handling Time We understand because we are the same way. Once you complete your order checkout you want your item as soon as possible, and we want to get it to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to ship your new PC to you. This time is built in because unfortunately we may not have the items on hand to build your PC so we have to get that in, which may take up to 3 business days. Don't worry though, we're fast and efficient at building computers. Once we have all your parts in, we will ship your complete computer out within the next business day. Compare that to our competitors that claim 3-4 weeks upon order receipt to ship your PC.

Shipping Time We ship via all major carrier (USPS, UPS, & FEDEX), which can take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
