Question: How long will it take to get my computer after I place an order?

Answer: All of our computers are built to order. This means we may not have all items in stock to build a PC and we will have to get them from the manufacturer, but don't worry, we use fast shipping solutions to get the parts. Please allow us up to 3 business days to get all necessary parts in. Once we have all necessary parts we will send you an email letting you know we have all the parts in and the system will be built the same day. Your system will be shipped within 1 business day of build completion.

Question: Can I modify a pre-configured build?

Answer: Absolutely! Our pre-configured builds are aimed to meet different needs for different budgets. You can modify any one of the systems we have, or you can check out our customized system builder.

Question: I ordered a pre-configured build, I love what it can do, but I want more. Is it possible to upgrade my system?

Answer: Yes! We'd love to help with that. Contact us directly to inquire about what performance modifications you would like to make or improve and we'll notify you of the best way possible to go about it. For example, if you want to upgrade your video card, we have an exchange program where we will apply a credit to your purchase to upgrade your current system for a lower cost. We will just require the old item to be sent back to us for you to receive the credit. If you want to keep your current hardware, we'll be glad to set you up with a product and ship it out to you. 

Question: A part failed on my PC, what can I do?

Answer: You can checkout our warranty information page for more information, but in a nutshell, contact us and our 3 year warranty will take care of you.
